Weather: 50, partly sunny
Comments:
Had a LONG (2hr lunch today), the first of many, hopefully. Ran the CG+ Loop and felt a little "easier" today: breathing more controlled, less efforted.
Still flew, though: did the 5.5+ loop in 37.
Then went to Anytime to lift and do circuits.
SWEET to get in a whole day's work over lunch, then be "done" after work!!!
