Ran with Kraig at Roberts at 6:00. 2 mile warm up and then a track workout of 1200-400-1000-300-800-200. Short jog between each one from 200-600 meters. Times were: 4:27, 86, 3:42, 63, 2:53, 40. 2 mile cool down. 8 miles total. Felt good.
