Adelaide and Grace came back today! Ingrid is still away.
We did 4 sets of 4x200m with goal pace of 48 seconds. I felt a little weird during the first two sets and wasn't sure if I would do four, but that feeling cleared up as we started the third set. I ended up doing four and felt pretty good by the end. It's kind of funny because that's not usually what happens during workouts.
