Got tired after about 30 but I was pedaling kind of hard so it was understandable. Stopped at 40 since Anthony said do 30-40. Wish I had felt better but oh well I was sick yesterday and didn’t eat enough/hydrate enough today. Will get plenty of sleep and drink plenty of fluids tonight. Iced after.
