Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went for a run, did the shortest lifting session ever, and then went to the wrestling room to learn some interesting tricks. I was working on a tripod headstand, and I eventually got my legs in the air, but I always went into it too fast and flopped over the other way. So I only ended up holding my position for maybe a quarter of a second, but I'm counting it.
