Comments:
Low expectations going into this race and those expectations were met. Much slower than the 5:03(?) I ran here last time but oh well. Feel fine about the effort I gave and considering the circumstances (running for the 3rd time in three weeks and recovering from sickness two days before) I thought it went okay. Looking forward to alternating this week and then going two on one off the following. Shins felt normal during the race. Had lots of fun cheering for the other Hoppers!
