Comments:
Embassy and back with large boys group, then Jack, and then the addition of Nardo. Felt very good, shins good, and lifted three sets of A day after. Iced calves and ice massaged shins too. Unfortunately cross training tomorrow but I may make an appearance at the meet. We’ll see.
