Comments:
4 x 800 at AU. Felt wonky form-wise but great to be back on the track. Was really happy to be able to run consistent splits. Nice having Corbin run the third with me. Ran a 400 (aiming for 70) after, and then helped pace Isabel for another 400. Great run back with great people. Tired, but satisfied.
