Out and back workout

Sooooo apparently we can't be on the track while the lacrosse teams are practicing. That definitely cannot be a long term solution, but whatever. Honestly this past week in general has made me glad I'm graduating in a couple months.
Anyway, for our workout we went out 30 minutes and then on the way back we ran 6 minutes at a slightly faster pace, then jogged for 30 seconds, and then ran 5 minutes at an even faster pace, and so on until we reached 0. I thought it was kinda hard.
We lifted after and found our bench press and hang clean 1 rep maxes. I'm not really sure what happened on the hang cleans. I knew I could do 85 or 90, but I just started laughing so hard that I couldn't get it and then when I wasn't able to do 85, Ingrid got a little psyched out and couldn't do it either. We'll both complete 85lbs next time I'm sure.
