Burlington

Got up early to run with CKells from the Airbnb. It was chilly out, had to go longsleeves. He started out with 8 then I came back and did the last part of the long run. We ran down the main drag, through UVM, into Burlington, then came back. Real pleasant, and even better for me to move my legs and actually run. There were some puddles and debris on the side walk so we had to take turns with the lead. Burlington is hella cool. Campus is real chill and the town is the perfect size with enough going on. It was a chilly morning, not too many people out. The first part was down hill and we had to work it back up hill. Also I didnt stop my watch much so the time is an overshoot. It was a great intro to the town though. Legs felt real great, and it was quality to get a run in with Chris.

Essentials: Stretch

Minimal stretch before hopping in the shower. I was tight, but we also wanted to get going. No blame there. Legs dont feel like they have not run in a week and hopped into so mileage, so thats good.
