Comments:
AM session. Got up and went. Wanted to sleep in I was so cozy but thought I could benefit more from the run. It was chilly out but not freezing, clear morning. Started out strong, real natural. I definitely felt like I was released and clear headed which was refreshing. Coming back up the hill was much tougher, slowed down and legs felt heavy. Noticed a sign for the Daffodil, forgot that was coming up. I missed Dash and Dine so this is exciting. Finished up good down the hill.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Needed the stretch and roll severely. Noticed that my ITs were kinda tight today. Everything else fine, worked in the new shoes now and the feel much more fitting. Its my legs that are slapping around now.
