Comments:
Ran 5 x 1000 and 5 x 200 in the halls after fitness room. Felt good. Did a mile warm-up, then 5 x 1000 with a 2:00 jog recovery. Ran 1 at tempo pace (3:59), 1 at current race pace (3:35) and then 3 at goal race pace (3:29, 3:27, 3:25). Ran 5 x 200 at the end in 40, 39, 38, 37, 36, each with a 200 jog recovery. 1 mile cool down. Felt really good!
