Comments:
Because of life things, I had to miss PI yesterday, so I made up the workout today.
5 x 1 mile, with 4' rest between. Went really well! I did one rep on the roads to avoid most of the PU team, but otherwise hit 6:10ish pace for pretty much all of them! Felt controlled, quick, but comfortable. Considering how slow the last couple runs have been, I'm glad I actually can drop some quicker miles still.
