Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Doin some Conte time in the morning, planned on running on campus, but I was tired and needed a nap before running. It was a gorgeous day today in fact, a complete opposite from last weekend. Sun out, a cool breeze. Good weather for a runabout on the the bike path. Lots and lots of people and other bikers out there, had to maneuver around a bunch. Had a solid pace out, and the wind was with me I think. Coming back, could feel the wind at an angle and I slowed down a little until I hit the trees, but I consciously picked up my pace. For not running past few days, legs were moving pretty good. I saw the Daffodil sign again and was thinking that the 5k is more appropriate this year. Should be a good shake out.
Essentials: Stretch
Just a simple stretch when I got back, I was tired and hungry. Not as sore or tight as I should be. If the weather stays like this we are gonna be in business. I think we have earned it.
