Another beautiful day. Shortsleeves for sure. I slept in a lot today needed to catch up on all that, and got out the door later. On my way up to the gym, linked up with some other kid that was going my pace. We ran together for a mile or so before I split off from the gym. He helped me hold my pace up well. On the way back, legs were kinda heavy from stopping. I got some extra push on the bike path but I could tell what its like to do a back to back again.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched out all I could. Calves and Quads most tight, took to the stick a little bit. Most sore from the lifting and sleeping so much. This weekend was refreshing, but I got to get back to it and it feels too soon.
