Comments:
8x400 at AU. Really tiring, but gave a good effort for form and consistency. Was tough being behind everyone, but I knew it was the best way for me to run that workout in order to get the most out of it and not get drawn into faster times that would ruin the progression of the workout. I started with a slower 4 and progressively got faster. My legs are incredibly dead, and already felt dead about two 400's in. I'll take it relatively easy the next couple days, with a cross training day, and then I look forward to the workout again on Friday. I may stick an ice bath in there for good measure.
