Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
AM run. Wanted to sleep in but I wanted to run more. It was raining, a shift from the past two days. I suited up and it was kinda refreshing. Legs felt heavy, struggled to keep them going. Town was quiet though not many people up yet, so I could just go and do my thing.
Essentials: Stretch
Pretty tough stretch when I got back. Feeling really tight overall. I hope I am limbered up before the race this weekend. This definitely helped.
