Comments:
Ran at Roberts in the rain. Did a 2.5 mile warm up with Greg Selke, then 800-400-400-800, 4 x 400, 4 x 200 (3 miles of speed work). Felt decent. My times were 2:49, 82, 80, 2:47...81, 80, 80, 82...38, 39, 38, 37. Easy cool down. Trying to get used to sub 5:30 mile pace for 3 miles.
