3*0:30 w/0:45 recovery, 3*3:30 hard w/3:00 recovery, 4*4:00 tempo w/1:00 recovery, chest still congested, got dropped on every longer interval, closer on the first couple of tempo intervals, Link ran the last one with me, which I appreciated
