Comments:
I knew I wouldnt make it through today without a run. Just feeling overcome with too much on my plate. Also want to be ready for the race this weekend. It was kinda chilly this evening and I felt good in the LS. Started out going up through town. Realized that I cut off the Prospect section, so this way is a little shorter. Felt fine up the hill and then came on down. Didnt really register that I was running, just was stuck up in my head. Pace was good though. Legs feeling kinda heavy and tied on the way back down the hill.
Essentials: Stretch
Did my best to get a good stretch in. Feeling tight. Probably need a little shake out on Saturday to be ready for the race, but too much and my legs wont feel fresh. Looking forward to seeing what we got.
