Comments:
Campus run. Weather is creepin up lately, and I was not prepared. Headed out on the Access Rd. Felt pretty good nice to get outside, until I started to make my way back. Hit the wall kinda hard. Slowed down a lot and was sluggish coming back to the parking lot. Planned to go to the gym, but I needed water, so I stopped at Conte, then made my way home to stretch. Feeling more and more like we just straight up skipped spring this year.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretch when I got home and after rehydrating. Legs felt better. Waiting to stretch wasnt a good idea though. Its gonna take me a while to adjust to the heat I think, I actually got pretty comfortable bundling up and slamming what little miles I could get this winter.
