Comments:
Ran 12 with the usual Sunday group, Richard was feeling pretty quick. We ended up doing 12 miles in about 1:30, which is pretty good considering the first two miles took about 18 minutes and there was a fairly massive hill at one point. I figure the last 6 miles were about 7:00 flat.
