Sheldon Track Session

Weather: 65, overcast but nice

Comments:
Pretty EASY day at work, then hit the track for the first time in a LONG TIME.

Did a short 3 warm-up with Jeff, then did my first "NMT" (neuromuscular training) workout -- the big focus being STRIDE MECHANICS. It was simple: 100m strides on the straight, slow jog the curves. Did this x5 laps.

Felt pretty good, and I actually kept up with Jeff pretty well. Wasn't tiring, and (so far) it didn't get me sore. Pretty fun.

Did about 2 cooldown. Did a shit-ton of errands/bills and crap after that. Not a great way to spend a Friday afternoon, but oh well.

Went out for a bit with Sara/Matt. I dressed up as "Three Hole Punch Joe", which was key.
