Comments:
Ran at the middle school track. Felt OK. No pop in my legs still. Tom wanted 12 x 400 with 200 jogs in 85 (starting in 87.) Went 87, 86, 84, 85, 84, 84, 84, 84, 84, 84, 84, 82. Just wish it felt a little easier. Jogs in cooldown. Did some legs stregthening drills afterwards.
