Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Energy: good (flagged a bit during-after nap), then good+ at practice, evening
Sleep: GOOD. Another quality sleep-dream.

Slept in a bit, then saw two patients in the AM, and that was it. Came home and primed the hallway and staircase, which was tedious (but months in the waiting). Then I napped for nearly an hour (somewhat fitfully), then met CA at the gym for a brief strength session.

Practice:

* I was just thinking to myself, "Wow, I don't think the athletic director has had a complaint about me in over two weeks". Streak over. The Ellis' complained AGAIN: this time over my weekly update where I talk about Morgan (Daughter #2) missing her 800m on Friday, and constructive advice for how to prevent that from happening. Guess that was too threatening! Gary simply said, "Don't do any more e-mails". Stupid.

Practice was fine:

* Maddy is doing WAY better. Sam (Daughter #1) no better, and seemed really stressed and distracted today. At this point, with any Ellis kid, I feel like I can't say anything to them, in fear of it being misconstrued. Zero trust. It sucks. Sam will be lucky to finish a 1500m on Saturday. Morgan's been aloof all week (possibly upset about being called out in the weekly update).

* Good, short workout: 2 sets of 300-200-100. Kids did really well. Major emphasis on maximal relaxation-per-unit-energy.

* Short weights.

Solid day. Some rain and wind, but it dissipated before the speed running. Ankle was better today, but still not great.

No bike or run.
