Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Rainy day today. I tried to get into campus, but there was still some graduation stuff going on and it was like a parking lot. I got into the office briefly but didnt want to get stuck there. Came home and felt sleepy... I think I napped a little bit but knew the only way to truly recharge was to go run. Drizzles were still sticking around but it was manageable. Good running weather infact. I was pretty sore from softball, but running used different muscles so I felt pretty good. Coming along the trails I felt good too. No one was out there. They were a little muddy, and I hit a root as I was coming back onto the trail. Not a terrible roll but I had to walk it off a little. Threw me off slightly but I made it back ok.
Essentials: Stretch, stick roller
Got compression on left ankle right when I got back. Feeling strained for sure, but I hope its ok to work off of with a brace, cause we got games next week. Otherwise stretching felt amazing. Legs and overall body muscles much more refreshed after a tough week.
