Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
found a park near my place on google earth so i ran to check it out. It on a huge hill and overlooks the bay, very cool view. My legs felt terrible today for the first five miles of the run, but loosened up a little. It was mostly my quads, especially my right one. I need to keep my eyes on it to prevent my "phantom quad injury that i had last summer that robbed two good training weeks.
