Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Moving slow today. It was nicer weather though, comparatively since I like running in the rain actually. Ankle feeling a little tender still, so I just went and took it easy. Ran up to the track, did a mile, then came back. It helped a lot, legs shaked out and ankle felt more comfortable. It was tight starting out. Stomach kinda crampy overall though.
Essentials: Stretch
Short stretch, not that strained. Go easy on ankle for a few days, its just sore now.
