Reverse Fort River

Comments:
Feeling low energy and tired today. Weather took a turn, went to pretty cloudy and rainy and it was hard to get out the door, but I did it. Started out slow and kinda stayed slow. Legs felt rough and heavy today. I got a good push down the hill and didnt go up the big one next to campus, instead looped back around by the tennis courts. Wasnt as sore as yesterday, just heavy and sluggish.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch when I got back though, stiff feeling fried out. I got a lot of sleep again last night too maybe just adjusting to that. Going the long way around campus may have extended the miles, but not by a significant amount.
