Comments:
Sunny and crisp when I got up. Went to bed early and it took a while to get going. Felt throttled on the way up, then picked it up a little bit and got rolling coming back through town.
Essentials: Stretch
Feeling better after stretching but still very tight overall. Sore from the game mostly and slowly getting into softball form.
