Weather: hot and humid..again
Comments:
Due to traveling reasons last week I could not reach my 55 mile week but this week I have to and I will since I'm concentrating back on getting ready for college...the whole packing and buying stuff starts this week according to my parents. Well, todays run was good it was around 7 minute pace or a bit slower. I wanted to do some trails and keep it soft but the guys went roads and I was on roads all last week but I just ran roads today since I plan to hit the trails for the rest of the week. Must hit 55 miles this week, then 60, 65, 70 and 70. I dont want to push the pace or pound my runs too much.
