Shakeout run

Comments:
It was so hot out. I did a run to shake the rust off and get loose before I start training on Monday. I just wanted to run so I could stretch and not be stiff and achy for when I start summer training. I felt great on the way out, but the way back was terrible because I am tired and dehydrated. I did minute and a half stretches after.
