Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Hang Snatch 5 sets (6x45 warmup, 5x65, 5x75, 4x65, 4x65) I feel like I got this lift down pretty well and now I can go up in weight for next time
Clean from floor 5 sets of 4 with 105 (THis was a good weight. It makes my form be good. I think I'm good with this form too)
Shin raises 2x20 with 30 (Felt these not hard formwise. Will probably use a different machiene next time though)
Pullups 7 then 5 (Did these as extra. My arms were tired from the other lifts by the time I got to these so thats probably why I did less than usual. Anything to help these though. Maybe I'll be able to do 10 soon)
General notes: After this workout got done I honestly thought it was very easy. But sitting here now I'm really sore biceps especially. It turned out to be a pretty good lift afterall. Well see how the rest of the week goes
