Comments:
Up and at it this morning. Kinda cool, but comfortable. Very quiet. I was tired, but wanted a run real bad. Started out slow felt real sluggish. Came back along the edge of campus actually and finished up well down the hill.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch legs feel beat up though. Not flexible really, and I had to do the gravity stretch for a while.
