M Street Hills + CG Loop

Weather: 50s, foggy, then sunny

Comments:
Had a bomb-ass THREE HOUR lunch break today (as opposed to my new "2 hour"), so I made the most of it with some hill repeats.

Drove to CG early and did weights and circuits, then at noon did a warm-up around the HS to the new development off M and Main. Nice little hill: medium uphill, then a flat part off to the L. Did x5. No clue of the distance, but the repeats went 1:24, 1:21, 1:20, 1:18, 1:18, with about 70s rest between 'em. Felt GOOD. Stride really feels good.

"Cooldown" was the rest of the CG loop, maybe 4.5 miles. Tried to keep it easy but with the long stride. Not bad. "Admiring it" in the store windows on Main, it's the best it's EVER looked. Now it just needs to get a bit more "automatic".

A TC 10 today.
