Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
So burnt out today. It was hot out, but I just stayed inside and watched soccer. Woke up from my nap and started to feel cabin fever, and knew to make it through the evening I had to go out. Started out slow, went up through town, along the edge of campus, then came back on Lincoln. Even in the early evening it was still toasty. I went pretty easy but felt alright. Got me recharged somewhat.
Essentials: Stretch
Really short stretch, feeling tight from that actually. I should have stretched out a little bit more though. Two days of running in a row is big for me now.
