Comments:
Early morning tempo on the bike path. Did just under 4 miles in 22:10. Felt very good. Planned on going out conservative (6 flat) but clocked a 5:40. The GPS is slightly fast so I've been adding 5 seconds to every mile split. Closed in 5:25. Happy with the workout
