Comments:
I felt pretty good overall, the cold air was killing my lungs and my butt hurt after the 200s.
Mile over from Veale for a warmup then 2 x 200s (around 25 high/26 low for both of them) then lane 8 tempo. Lastly a mile back to Veale.
