Comments:
Felt so shitty before I left, but once I got going it was great. Didn't even feel like I needed much effort, plus there was only a little bit of discomfort in my shin. I'm gonna try to get my long run in tomorrow. I'm also getting much more consistent with my stride. Every time I checked I counted about 180 steps a minute.
