Across the Williamsburg

June 25, 2018 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran across the bridge and back, and then up the FDR in the park to the ConEd plant and back home. Running back up the bridge on the way back was pretty hard, but it was a nice challenge to have. The way they built the bridge, the pedestrian path touches down a couple blocks before the cars on the Brooklyn side, which makes it steeper back up to the vertex of the bridge. I was pretty sore for most of the run, but I’m icing and everything and it’s not a big deal. Will run tomorrow in the Berkshires!!!
