Weather: 50 degrees, chilly
Comments:
the run is two loops within the neighborhood of 1.6 miles a piece. Not a relaxing run, having to watch your step, for cars etc. the whole way. Pretty hilly too. Gets the job done though. Pretty cold run, felt pretty good, legs were very tight from soreness from previous workouts/runs. They never loosened up.
