Comments:
True night run, first one in a while. Heat wave coming and I wanted to wait till it cooled off. It did, but it was still warm out. I told myself I needed some miles to get back into the groove, and that I would go out and get them ASAP, and I did. Good for that. Felt ok, like I hadnt run in a while. Kept it calm overall. Went behind Amherst College first then came back on Prospect. Stomach cramped up a little bit, I had digested a while, might have been from lounging and getting out there. Solid miles though, feel refreshed.
Essentials: Stretch
Weak stretch, I was thirsty and surprisingly sweaty. After hiking and not running much, dont feel very flexible, that will come back hopefully.
