Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
ran to the track, stretched and did some dynamic stuff
3 loops plus the little bit added on in parking lot

Goal:
Loop 1: First 2k just get out and be comfortable. pick up 3k
Loop 2: Try to just press a little bit more, be faster than before
Loop 3: Once I finished first 1k, Go for it.
Real:
Loop 1: Started off thinking better to go too slow than fast. Was harder than I thought aerobically at this point, 1.5km in. But legs were fine.
Had a hard time running quick on the 3km... grass uneven downhill... Where I wanted to pick up.
Loop 2: Was ok, just tried to stay consistent, Had difficulty trying to like slowly accelerate, had to kinda press it out. Going up the hill was kinda feeling it, didn't seem like lactate, was just hill pain.
Still couldn't press down the grass.
Loop 3: Hit this and was like fml. But kept going, cause it wasn't that bad, just repetitive. Really tried to work the last hill, remember thinking about form and trying to hold it, not sure how well I did. Decided to get into the road so I wouldn't be jumping up and down curbs. IT band was hurting... :(
I'm not a very good downhill runner... Still couldn't press down even in road.
Sang Zippidee-Doo-Da last 1k to get in.
Recovered quickly actually. 4 min later I was perfectly fine. Jogged at track and back to dorm.
Did strides at track as well... Foam rolled not alot of stretching.... :(
