Day 2 800

Exercise Type: Weights

This was really hard for me
3 sets of each circut
Circut 1
1 arm Medball pushups x 10 (I did a lot of pushups in the morning so these hurt pretty good the second and third times through)

Standing Military Press x 15 (started with the bar then dropped to 40 the second and third times through. Should probably do even less next week. I'll start with 30 and see how it goes)

Pullups (Did like 6 then 3 then 2 These were really hard as usual but my arms are just dead all around. This will probably make my arms crazy though)

Straight Bar Curl x 12 (did the bar which is definitly a good weight. I struggled on the last set but I got all the reps so I'll stick with that for now)

Circut 2
Front DB sholder raise x 15 (Did 5 the first set but moved up to 10 on the second and third. THis was a good weight I'll stick with 10. It was definitly tough and I felt it every time)

Prone DB real delt x 15 (Did this wrong, was doing flys, the first and second sets but got it right the last time. Its weird and hard so I'll do five next week)

EZ Bar skull crush x 15 (Started with 40 but thats too much. Was going to move down to 30 but that was taken so I did 20. Definitly will stick with 30 in the comming weeks. Felt this a lot too)

Bench Dips x 15 (Thought the max was fifteen but will move to 20 next time. Tough with all the other stuff but I'll be fine with the 20 next time)

General Notes: This was really tough. Since I really tried to limit the rest and stuff this got tough fast and stayed that way. Next time I'll have my weights down good and I think this will turn into a really good arm workout.
