Comments:
We ran two hard miles one at 4:49 and the other (for me) at 5:00. I'm not sure why but my legs got incredibly heavy and I was in no condition to run as fast as everyone else. I know I generally suck at track workouts but it was pretty disturbing not to be able to stay with the group.
