Comments:
Ran 7 miles at Roberts. Warm-up, then 3 miles on the xc course, then 8 x 400 on the track. Ran the 400's with an 80-90 second jogging recovery. Times were: 88, 86, 87, 87, 84, 85, 84, 81. Flt easy. Super warm out. Easy cool down on campus.
