Comments:
21 miles at Bowman Corners, Essex, VT. First mile was nice and easy. Took off after that. Kept the pace between 6:25 and 6:50. Slowed down on the hills but kept the same effort. Last 60 minutes consisted of 10x(3' at MP, 3' recovery). The recovery was 6:10-6:40. GPS may have been slightly off. Pacing said I was anywhere from 5:30-5:45. Felt good. Last few reps were difficult.
