Comments:
morning run before a 5k later tonight. going to run this 5k pretty hard, it will be my first hard effort in over a month as opposed to the fartleks/tempo stuff i've been doing. looking to hit 70 this week on 2 or 3 doubles. but the doubles won't be too much, no more than 3-5 miles. still want to hit 60 or more in singles which is what i did last week.
