Campus loop

Comments:
I was in all day but sinus still feeling weird and pressurized. After getting my poster printed, didn't have much motivation to do much and I was getting hungry. Came home then spent the evening unpacking at the new casa. I started to feel a little more energized so I went ahead and stopped off at campus for a little run around 9 ish. Campus was quiet. It was kinda on the chilly side too. I felt comfortable, both in temperature and pace despite not much mileage recently. Just did a big loop around campus then a smaller one by the quad and gym. Real simple and real effective. Felt smooth and good to get the legs moving. Sinus was fine and I was happy about that.

Essentials: Stretch

Came back and then stretched. Legs are tight bro. Nothing hurts but it's been a while... Need to really stretch out before softball too since I have not played in a while and it uses different muscles.
