Comments:
Ran 7 miles in Gates-Chili. Did a mile+ warm-up, then 3 x 1 mile, 2 x 800 at tempo pace..each with a 400 jog in between. Felt ok. My times were: 6:45, 6:38, 6:05, 3:08, 2:54. Easy cool down.
